spacious room clean staff omelette station
The room was spacious and clean. i loved the harbor views!!! the staff was friendly and spoke english well. breakfast had plenty of options. The omelette station was a big hit!!!
the elevator buttons needed a very hard push sometimes.

Excellent stay
good food attentive staff easy access pleasant staff
I found executive lounge food was a good choice. The MTR station is close to the hotel. It was easy to move around the city. The hotel provides a shuttle to Star Ferry terminal. I liked that the staff was pleasant and helpful.
The hotel had many tourists, so check in took a long time.

Staff demonstrates good service, and all are very pleasant. The employees in the Harbour Club lounge is a delight. They are helpful and solve all problems. Check in process is normal.

The hotel features a large buffet restaurant downstairs. It offers reasonable prices and many choices. There are many shops nearby the hotel. The executive lounge was lovely and very useful.

a bit MEH, really
noisy ac mediocre food
honestly, the air conditioning sounded like a JET engine. i had to switch it off and the room got stuffy. another thing, the breakfast was chaos. overcrowded with barely edible stuff. i ended up getting pastries from a nearby coffee shop each morning, way better that way.
